This site is located near SouthBound I-35, this rest stop serve as a rest stop for drivers but also bikers from near by trails. As EV are becoming more popular, there is a demand for charging station as well as a space where they can wait for their vehicles to be charged.

This rest stop is desiged to attract visiters by the architecture, providing waiting areas with various activities for EV owners and providing a secondary building for semi truck driver so they don't have to walk a long distance.
